The association would give cricket lovers access to the content from the game's age-old chroniclers on NDTV and would also help create and promote long-term assets through TV programming, on ground activities and digital properties.
The tie-up would also enable to create the Indian edition of the Wisden cricket awards, a media release said.
"We are indeed ecstatic, and look forward to this association with NDTV. This alliance between two great brands will result in the kind of exciting products that, until today, cricket fans could only imagine," said FidelisWorld executive chairman and Wisden India chairman Anand S Krishnan.
"This partnership with Wisden India will allow us to give our viewers innovative products, credible statistics and a complete picture of Indian and world cricket like never before. We look forward to joint events, launches and other digital initiatives as a part of this partnership," said NDTV Group CEO Vikram Chandra.
Wisden India has roped in former India captain Sourav Ganguly as one of its contributors and its home on the web, www.Wisdenindia.Com, would be launched soon, the release added. PTI SSR NP SHN
