Nepal's Constituent Assembly election this month is a composite solution to all problems prevailing in the country, chairman of interim government Khil Raj Regmi said today.
Addressing a function here, Regmi stressed the need to successfully conduct the November 19 election to set the country on the right track by bringing about political stability.
He urged the people to take the election as a special opportunity for using their right to choose their representatives given by the constitution.

Some people, groups and other forces calling for boycott of polls want to create a sense of insecurity among the people by carrying out anti-election activities, he said adding the government is committed to control such activities.
"No one is allowed to create violence in the society and obstructions to others who want to participate in the election. Such move is against the interest of the people and is unpardonable," Regmi said.
He urged the people not to believe any anti-election propaganda and take part in the election with full confidence and patience.
"We Nepalis are rich in terms of cultural diversity as Nepal is home to various castes and communities and such multi-cultural characteristics of the Nepali society has woven us into a single garland," said Regmi.
