Sashashtra Seema Bal jawans today arrested a Nepalese national and recovered narcotics worth Rs around five lakh from him along Indo-Nepal border here, a senior official said.
SSB Commandant Murti Singh said that jawans, during routine checking, arrested Vom Bahadur Rahumgar, a resident of district Dang in Nepal, from Indo-Nepal border who was carrying around 5 kg charas.
The estimated cost of narcotics is said to be around Rs five lakh in the international market.
