A Nepalese national has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment by a local court for narcotics smuggling.
Additional Sessions Judge Suresh Chandra Bharti yesterday awarded 10 years imprisonment to Manshir Pujari.
He was arrested by the SSB at Rupaideeha on Indo-Nepal border on November 2012 with three kg charas.
The convict is a resident of Kanchanpur in Nepal.
