A 63-year-old man was crushed to death under a tractor allegedly by his nephews over a land dispute in Khumbla village of the district, police said today.
The incident occurred yesterday afternoon when Banwarilal and Hansraj Gurjar, the two nephews of deceased Laturlal Gurjar, accompanied by a few other people of Bangrodh village, reached Khumbla in a tractor and started filling the cultivated agriculture land with mud, police said.
Laturlal along with his brother Modulal and sons Raghuveer, Giraj, Vidhaya resisted their activity but were attacked with sticks and sharp weapons, SHO Budadete Police Station, Bharat Singh said.

Subsequently, the two nephews along with others crushed Laturlal under the tractor, killing him on the spot, Singh said.
The deceased's brother and sons sustained injuries in the scuffle and were referred to government hospital in Kota, the SHO added.
Police said the two families were involved in the land dispute since long time.
A case has been registered by Laturlal' son Raghuveer against Banwarilal and Hansraj and their aides under sections 302 (murder) and 307 (attempt to murder) of the IPC, police said.
All accused were absconding and efforts were on to nab them, police added.
