Walter White may still spring a surprise.

Bryan Cranston, who potrayed the chemistry professor-turned-meth cook, has hinted that all may not be over with the popular character that he portrayed.

During a recent interview with CNN, the award-winning actor was asked whether his character on the hit series actually died, Cranston said, "Hey, you never saw bags zip up or anything. Or say...You know."

When asked whether Walter could show up in a movie or anywhere else ever again, Cranston said, "Never say never."

Show creator Vince Gilligan is currently busy with 'Better Call Saul?', a prequel to 'Breaking Bad', where White's sidekick Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) may have a recurring role.

Cranston may appear in a cameo. 'Better Call Saul' premieres on AMC in November 2014.
