A new CBSE school, promoted by the NRIs in this region, will open here by the next academic year.

Credence High School will be one of the few schools in the Gulf region that will follow the innovative XSEED program of learning promoted by iDiscoveri, a widely acclaimed academic solution that focuses on collaborative learning and experiential educational programs.

The promoters and directors of the school said that the aim of Credence High School is to set new benchmarks across quality, excellence in learning and commitment to community.

Nalapad A Abdulla, Managing Director of Nalapad Group Overseas, Sameer K Mohammed, Managing Director of Jaleel Holdings and Dr Azad Moopen, the Chairman of DM Healthcare and MIMS India are the promoters of the school.

"With the innovative XSEED programme, Credence will foster learning that is enjoyable. At Credence, we will be focusing on moulding a child across academic and non-academic spheres with equal verve and nurturing a sense of social commitment in children so that they learn to contribute to the society," Moopen said.

The school's academic faculty is handpicked from reputed educational institutions within the UAE and India, he added. In its full capacity the school could accommodate over 3,000 students.

"Class rooms will be equipped with the latest interactive tools and come with a technology backbone that deploys an array of IT gadgets that are imperative for collaborative and experiential learning," Abdulla said.
