New course in air navigation service management launched

A new course has started here to equip the new generation of AAI Managers to face the current and future Indian air navigation challenges, while ensuring safe and efficient operations.

The 'Advanced Masters Course in Air Navigation Service Provider Management' began today at Civil Aviation Training College (CATC) here.

The programme is a joint project of Ecole Nationale de I'Aviation Civile-French National Aviation University and CATC, a wing of Airports Authority of India (AAI).

This course will aim to equip the new generation of AAI managers to face the current and future Indian air navigation challenges, while ensuring safe and efficient operations, an official release said.
 

The first batch of 50 Air Navigation Services (ANS) professionals will undergo a training of 6 months (academic phase) and an internship of the same duration.
