Uttar Pradesh police today launched a new facility for reporting crime against women, official sources said.
"Any person who wishes to report crime against women can record it at the police website under title "report crime against women" and upload image video/text relevant to the complaint," an official release said here.
The district police concerned will be immediately informed about the uploaded complaint through SMS/e-mail and later action taken by them will be posted on the website.
