Ford India today launched India's first Compact Utility vehicles Ford Freestyle in the Coimbatore region.
"Priced at Rs 5.09 lakh, the all-new global product combines SUV-like design, benchmark performance, innovating technologies and outstanding fuel efficiency, the Company Regional Sales Manager, Syed Mohammed said at the launch.
The new CUV is available in four variables across two fuel options and six colours, he said.
The CUV is yet another segment created by Ford and will complement the existing portfolio of capable SUV's like Ford Ecosport and Endeavour, he said.
The vehicle is produced at Ford India's Sanand factory in Gujarat for consumers in India and all around the world, including Europe and Africa, Mohammed said.
