A day after Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav stripped 82 Samajwadi Party leaders of the MoS status, his cousin and PCF chairman Aditya Yadav said here that a new lot of advisors and chairmen of various departments and corporations will be announced in three days.

Aditya Yadav, chairman of Pradeshik Cooperative Federation Ltd and a cousin of UP Chief Minister, said,"Within three days a new lot of chairmen and advisors of different departments and corporations will be announced."

However, he told reporters, those who were removed will not be reinstated.

"A new lot of karyakartas(workers) will be given a chance with laal battis, however, in this new list some old faces are also expected to be reinstated," Aditya said on yesterday.

He was chief guest at a 'Mushaira' organised by local SP MLA Tej Narain Pandey on late Sunday evening in Faizabad.

Akhilesh Yadav's move was seen as a step towards cleaning the image of the ruling party as the sacked ministers were allegedly misusing their power.

Earlier, SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav had also warned ministers against "complacency and misuse of power".

Eighty-two chairmen and advisors of different organisations and institutions enjoying minister of state rank were sacked by the Chief Minister on Saturday.

The move had come in the wake of an incident of alleged misbehaviour by father of chairman of the Centre for Remote Sensing with policemen in Baghpat on Wednesday.

The father of the chairman, had allegedly threatened a sub-inspector and two constables who had gone to Mavikala village under Balauni police station area on Wednesday of stripping them of their uniforms, when they had gone there to arrest some people in a case.

The matter later came up in local media, as a villager had recorded the incident on his mobile phone.
