Real estate firm New Modern Buildwell today announced its association with Fashion TV to develop a branded premium luxury residential project f-Crown here with an investment of Rs 1,000 crore.
"f-Crown will offer world-class comfort, international standards and luxury living within the lush green surroundings of the 18 hole golf course of the Uttar Pradesh government approved and developed Hi-Tech township at Lucknow," Founder and CMD, New Modern Buildwell Private Limited (NMBPL) P N Mishra told reporters.
The premier composite residential realty project under which f-Crown homes are being developed by NMBPL Buildwell with an investment of around Rs 1,000 crore and the work for the same has already started.
"f-Crown will offer six categories of apartments in the price range of Rs 1.50 crore to Rs 3.97 crore," Mishra said.
"This will be our fourth project in India and we are optimistic that f-Crown homes will live up to our discerning standards. We are confident that branded residences concept will be welcomed by people of Lucknow," Directors and Promoter Fashion TV India Vishal Gurnani and Rajan Madhur said.
The work of f-Crown homes has already started after all approvals in hand and land already in possession and the completion of project is planned with a period of three to four years.
