The new policy for land registration would come into force in Telangana from June, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao said here today.
The new policy aims at ensuring transparency and eliminating corruption and delay, a release from his office quoted him as having said.
Rao, who held a meeting with ministers and officials on the issue, directed that a pilot project be taken up in five mandals in the first phase before June and 30 mandals in the second phase on the matter, the release added.
