New Zealand score first win of tour, beat India by six runs

New Zealand scored the first win of their India tour, defeating the hosts by six runs in the second cricket One-day International at Feroz Shah Kotla ground, here today.

After scoring 242 for nine, New Zealand bowled out India for 49.3 in overs.

The series is now locked 1-1 and the teams travel to Chandigarh for the third match, scheduled for Sunday.

New Zealand: 242 for 9 in 50 overs. (Kane Williamson 118, Tom Latham 46; Jasprit Bumrah 3/35, Amit Mishra 3/60).

India: 236 all out in 49.3 overs. (Kedar Jadhav 41, MS Dhoni 39; T Southee 3/52, T Boult 2/25, M Guptill 2/6).
