An unidentified newborn baby girl was found dead here today, police said.
The body of the girl, aged around two-and-half months, was kept in a travel bag which was found dumped near a water tank in Suraram area, police said.
There were no visible signs of injuries on the body, Dundigal Police Station Inspector Shankaraiah said.
