Haryana Governor Jagannath Pahadia today administered oath of office to the newly appointed chairman of Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) Manbir Singh Bhadana and four other members in a ceremony held here this evening.
Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Assembly Speaker Haryana Vidhan Sabha Kuldeep Sharma and Rajya Sabha MP Ishwar Singh was also present on the occasion, an official release said here.
The members who were administered oath included Jagannath, Savita Tayal, Surender Sharma and Dr Harinder Pal Singh.
Speaking after the function, Hooda said public service commission of any state, be it the Union Public Service Commission or the Haryana Public Service Commission, is the appropriate body for recruitment.
