Singapore's Ng Ser Miang is set to become the second declared candidate for president of the IOC.
An official with knowledge of the decision tells The Associated Press that Ng will announce his candidacy in Paris on Thursday.
The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the announcement hasn't been made yet.
