Balala Hakkula Sangham (Child Rights Association) has written a letter in this regard to the Hyderabad Police Commissioner.

Association President Anuradha Rao, in the letter, claimed the minor, residing in Secunderabad, had died under "suspicious circumstances" on October 3.
