Deepesh Kumar - counsel for petitioner - sought contempt action against GDA and Irrigation department for disobeying the previous order of the tribunal.
The tribunal directed the GDA to produce the blue print of the bridge and the document related to the agreement with the contractor on the next hearing on September 20.
The GDA and irrigation department are constructing a bridge on the Hindon river near Raj Nagar Extension area, due to which, construction materials were allegedly being dumped in the water body endangering the ecosystem in the river and its surrounding areas.
The tribunal passed the order on a petition filed by one Vikrant Sharma and the residents of Kharera village, situated on the banks of Hindon.
