One Direction star Niall Horan is reportedly dating Belgian student Celine Helene Vandycke.
Horan went public with Vandycke at the British Summer Time festival in London over the weekend, reported Female First.
The pair was spotted kissing and cuddling in the VIP area.
"Niall never let Celine out of his sight and looked infatuated. He had his arm around her throughout the evening and kept going in to peck her on the cheek while they watched the gig," a source said.
"They seemed incredibly happy in each other's company, laughing and giggling loads. At one point Niall kissed her in front of everyone and obviously didn't care that people were watching."
Vandycke has apparently just completed a degree in law at the University of Exeter.
Horan, 22, was previously linked to singers Ellie Goulding and Selena Gomez and Australian model Melissa Whitelaw, who he split from in March 2015.
