One Direction star Niall Horan will reportedly undergo a knee surgery this week.
The 20-year-old singer, who had dislocated his knee in his childhood, would undergo the surgery in the US before his band hits the road for their world tour, reported Contactmusic.
"He's had physio (physiotherapy) sessions for years but the pain persists so surgery is the best solution to have him fully fit and ready for the demands of a long tour," a source said.
Horan will apparently stay in an exclusive clinic for 10 days following the surgery at an undisclosed centre in America.
