Nickel prices were up by 0.26 per cent at Rs 898.40 per kg in futures trade today as speculators enlarged their bets on pick up in demand from consuming industries in the spot market.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, nickel for delivery in March moved up by Rs 2.30, or 0.26 per cent, to Rs 898.40 per kg in a business turnover of 843 lots.
