Nickel prices recovered smartly at the non-ferrous metal market here today on buying by stockists amid sustained demand from alloy industries.
Elsewhere, copper firmed up due to rising demand from industrial users amid higher global cues.
However, tin slipped on stockist selling following subdued offtake from consumer industries.

Copper utensils scrap climbed by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 410 as against Rs 405 yesterday.
Copper scrap heavy and copper sheet cutting moved up by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 438 and Rs 424 from Rs 436 and Rs 422.
Copper cable scrap, copper armiture, copper wire bar, and zinc inched-up by a Re per kg each to Rs 443, Rs 429, Rs 463 and Rs 180, respectively.
While, tin fell by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,275 as compared to Rs 1,280 previously.
