Nickel prices slipped at the non-ferrous metal market here today on stockists selling amid poor offtake from alloy industries.
While, copper, zinc, lead, and tin moved up owing to good demand from industrial users.
Nickel declined by Rs 8 per kg to Rs 800 from Tuesday's close Rs 808.
However, copper cable scrap, copper scrap heavy, copper wire bar, zinc, lead and tin prices edged up by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 367, Rs 362, Rs 395, Rs 193, Rs 135 and Rs 1,395 from yesterday's close Rs 365, Rs 360, Rs 393, Rs 191, Rs 133 and Rs 1,393 respectively.
Copper armiture inched up by Rs 351 per kg.
