Prices of nickel, tin, select copper, aluminium and lead dropped at the non-ferrous metal market here today on stockists selling amidst subdued demand from industrial users.
Copper sheet cuttings, Brass utensils scraps and Zinc recovered on good demand from consumer industries.
Base metals were lower in Asian trade, as shaky demand outlook in China curbed buying that had already begun to wane towards year-end.

Tin and Nickel declined by Rs. 5 per kg each to Rs 1,485 and Rs 1,135 from Monday's closing level Rs 1,490 and Rs 1,140.
Lead fell by Rs 3 per kg to Rs. 132 from Rs. 135.
Copper scrap heavy and Copper armiture moved down by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs. 464 and Rs 449 from Rs 466 and Rs 451.
Copper utensils scrap and Aluminium utensils scrp also edged down by a Re per kg each to Rs 427 and Rs 136, respectively.
However, Copper sheet cuttings, Brass utensils scrap and Zinc climbed by Rs. 2 per kgs each to Rs 448, Rs 323 and Rs 184 as against Rs 446, Rs 321 and Rs 182.
