Actress Nicole Kidman says she is a huge believer in daydreaming and encourages her kids to indulge their imagination as often as they can.
The 45-year-old thinks it's important for her kids - Sunday Rose, four, and Faith Margaret, two - to have time to just relax and be creative, reported Contactmusic.
"I'm still a huge believer in daydreaming. I love lying around with no book or anything - just having my mind. I used to do it as a kid and I still do it. When I do, it's when I come up with ideas. It's creative time and it's something I try to create for my children. We tend to schedule so much for our children and I try not to do that," she said.
The "To Die For" star is married to Keith Urban and has been working as an actress since she was 14.
