A Nigerian, who was headed for Goa on a train, was arrested with 2 kg of hashish, the Railway Police said here today.
The police searched the bag of the Nigerian, travelling in the Jhelum Express, and seized two kg of hashish yesterday, SHO, General Railway Police, Lalit Kumar said.
The Nigerian had arrived in India with a patient for treatment, he said.
The patient was staying in Palam area in Delhi, the SHO said adding a case had been arrested in connection with the seizure of the drug.
