Nila Infra bags modern bus terminal contracts from GSRTC

Nila Infrastructures Ltd today said it has signed two pacts with Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) for development of bus terminals at Amreli and Modasa in the state.

"The company today entered into two separate letter of acceptance (LOA) with Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) for development of bus terminals under public private partnership mode," Nila Infrastructures said in a BSE filing.

The company said the contract pertains to development and operation of state-of-the-art bus terminal facility with an iconic structure and design as well as modern facilities that integrate commercial facilities on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DBFOT) basis.
 

"One LOA is executed by the company for development of Amreli bus terminal and another is executed in consortium with Vyapti Infrabuilt for development of Modasa bus terminal," the company said.

At Amreli, the terminal will be constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 14.03 crore, it said.

It added that at Modasa the project will be executed at a cost of about Rs 15.15 crore.

Shares of the company today closed 0.31 per cent at Rs 16.25 apiece on BSE.
