Presiding over a meeting of top JD(U) functionaries at his official residence, Kumar assigned all the 17 JD(U) ministers in his cabinet to supervise preparations for the 'Adhikar rally' at the district level with some ministers being given the task to look after preparatory works in more than one district.
He also charted out schedule for the mass mobilization campaign from block to district level over next four months and asked the ministers to accordingly plan to make the JD(U)'s show piece political event a mega success.
As per the schedule okayed by the Chief Minister, the JD(U) ministers will conduct meeting with the district organizing committees from July 10-20, 2012 to be followed by a similar meeting at the block level from July 21-30.
A block level Adhikar Sammelan will be held through out the state from August 9-30, 2012 and that will be followed by such meetings in the districts in September this year.
The ministers and other JD(U) functionaries will fine tune preparations in October this year to make the 'Adhikar rally' at Patna a major success. MORE
