Nitish greets people on Eid-Ul-Fitr

Eid is celebrated with equal vigour by the people of all sections of the society by shedding socio-economic barriers on this occasion to hug and greet each other, he said in his message.

Kumar urged the people to adhere to the ethos of the festival for social justice, equality, communal harmony and brotherhood and pray to the Almighty for socio-economic development of Bihar so that it strides on the path of development and contribute to the progress of the country.

The Eid-Ul-Fitr festival will be celebrated tomorrow in Bihar and rest of the country and the state government has declared August 20 as the holiday to enable the people to celebrate the festival, sources said. Take
