Nitish hails sacrifices of jawans killed during Par attack

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today remembered sacrifice of security personnel who had died fighting terrorists during the attack on Parliament 16 yars ago.

Kumar highlighted valour of the brave soldiers on the anniversary of the Parliament attack on December 13, 2001.

"Salutations and homage to jawans who attained martyrdom while thwarting the attack on Indian Parliament on December 13, 2001. Their valour shall always be remembered by the nation", Kumar tweeted.

In 2001, Kumar was a Lok Sabha member from Barh and Railway Minister in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government.
