Senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi today flayed JD(U)leader Nitish Kumar for his criticism of the 'Vision Document' of the saffron party for Delhi poll and said he should worry about Bihar instead of the national capital.

"Nitish Kumar is implementing his vision of destruction in Bihar and is commenting on BJP's vision on Delhi. He is making mindless comments. He should worry about Bihar instead of Delhi," Modi said.

"Twenty priceless months have been sacrificed to the misrule and crime in the state till now due to Kumar's ambition. There has been no new investment or development during this period," he said.

The BJP leader said that after breaking away from NDA in June 2013, Kumar did not expand the cabinet for 12 months and kept 18 important departments with him. This stagnated development works in the state.

"Kumar resigned from the chief minister's post in the name of moral responsibility after the Lok Sabha elections in May 2014, but is now trying hard to take the position again by dislodging current incumbent Jitan Ram Manjhi. He should seek mandate from the public before doing so," Modi said.

The former deputy chief minister alleged that many JD(U) legislators and ministers were openly speaking against Manjhi at the behest of Kumar.

"Getting Manjhi insulted by spokespersons is the vision of ethics and morality of Kumar. His actions betray his dual character and greed for power," he said.
