State-run NLC India today said it has declared an interim dividend of Rs 7.34 per share for 2016-17.
The decision for the same was taken in a meeting of the Board of Directors.
The company in a BSE filing said that the dividend will be paid to shareholders on or before March 31.
"The Board of Directors at the meeting held on March 20 have declared an interim dividend of 73.40 per cent (Rs 7.34 per equity share) for the financial year 2016-17," it said.
The shares of the company were closed at Rs 97, up 0.41 per cent at the BSE.
