No coercive action be taken against Vishwas till next hearing:

The Allahabad High Court has directed authorities that no coercive action be taken against Aam Aadmi Party leader Kumar Vishwas in connection with a criminal case lodged against him in Amethi during 2014 Lok Sabha elections till the next date of hearing.

Justice Mahendra Dayal gave this order yesterday on a petition filed by Vishwas for quashing the charge sheet arising out of the criminal case under various sections of IPC and section 127(3) of Representation of the Peoples Act, relating to police station Gauriganj (Amethi).

The petitioner's counsel contended the FIR was lodged against the petitioner at the instigation of political leaders and from it and the case diary no offence was made out against Vishwas.
 

The court directed that no coercive action should be taken against Vishwas till next date of listing of the case.
