When the House reassembled, Tiwari again demanded division of votes from Surendra Jadawat, who was in the Chair, and requested him to clarify the status of the BAC report - whether it was passed or not.
Jadawat then informed that House that the BAC report was passed and the motion of no confidence moved by the BJP was forwarded to the Speaker and was pending with him.
This led to fresh bouts of protests forcing the Chair to adjourn the House for the day.
