No creative voice of India should remain unheard in the future, President Pranab Mukherjee said here today as he batted for the young innovative minds working in the country.
"We have to now institutionalise the culture of innovation at all levels of public administration so that tales of persistent neglect of Indian genius become a matter of past.
"In future, no creative voice should remain unheard, no innovative mind should remain unengaged and no story of institutional transformation should remain untold to our young generation," Mukherjee said while presenting the 7th biennial grassroots innovations awards at Rashtrapati Bhawan here.
