Reacting to reports that Williams and Kelly Rowland are going to join Beyonce Knowles in her Super Bowl halftime show on February 3 in New Orleans came out, the singer said it was next to impossible owing to her schedule, the Ace Showbiz reported.
"That's not confirmed. It is rumored. I'm going to be in the musical Fela. I hate to disappoint the people and tell them that it's not true," Williams said.
Williams will be busy with the "Fela!" but she is not scheduled to appear in the musical from Thursday through Sunday, the period when Super Bowl takes place.
Beyonce is the star attraction at this year's mega sporting event more so after her lip-syncing controversy at President Barack Obama's inauguration ceremony last week.
