Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today dismissed any Modi wave in Himachal Pradesh and said the party will win all four Lok Sabha seats in the state.
"I would not like to speculate... But can say with confidence that Congress would win all four seats," the chief minister, who was back in his office today after two months of election campaign, told reporters here.
Reiterating the demand for a probe into crores of rupees being allegedly spent on BJP's election campaign, Singh said the Election Commission should initiate a thorough enquiry into it.

"The Congress party has had towering leaders like Jawaharlal Nehru, Lal Bahadur Shashtri and Indira Gandhi but we never sought votes in their names and instead urged the voters to vote for Congress," he added.
Blaming the "poor management" of the previous BJP government for the present financial crunch in the state, the Chief Minister said it was because its financial indiscipline that the situation has become so bad.
"I wish the Finance Commission would appreciate our problems and requirements and give sufficient funds to overcome the situation," he said.
