Justice Samudrala Govinda Rajulu had concluded hearing on Srilakshmi's bail petition on June 22 and reserved the judgment for today.
Srilakshmi is currently lodged in Chanchalguda prison in connection with the illegal mining case involving former Karnataka minister Gali Janardhana Reddy and the ObulaPuram Mining Corporation (OMC).
Opposing the bail, the CBI had argued that since the investigations have reached a crucial stage, granting relief to Srilakshmi could result in influencing witnesses.
However, Srilakhmi's lawyer said that whenever her bail plea has come up before court, the CBI has pointed out that the case is at a crucial stage.
Srilakshmi was arrested by the central agency on November 29, 2011 for allegedly entering into nexus with Reddy in granting mining lease to the Obulapuram Mining Company.
Earlier, the CBI court had granted her bail but the high court cancelled it on the central agency's plea.
