While Keylong in tribal Lahaul and Spiti district was coldest in the region with minimum temperature at minus 3.1 degree Celsius, up by two degrees, Met office sources said.
Sundernagar and Kalpa recorded a low of 1.8 degree and 1,4 degree Celsius respectively, followed by Bhuntar 2.3 degree, Solan 3.5 degree, Mandi and Manali 4.0 degree, Una 4.2 degree and Dharamsala 9.2 degree C respectively.
Shimla was hottest during the night with a low of 10.2 degree Celsius, 5.5 degree above normal while Nahan recorded a low of 9 degree Celsius, three degree below normal.
Sundernagar was hottest in the region with maximum temperature at 24.7 degree, followed by Una and Bhuntar 23.6 degree, Solan 23.5 degree, Nahan 22.0 degree, Dharamshala 21.4 degree, Shimla 18.0 degree and Kalpa 5.6 degree.
The local MeT office has predicted dry weather during next 48 hours but rains and snow was likely from December 10 onwards due to a fresh Western Disturbance over Western Himalayan region.
