Director Robert Zemeckis has made it absolutely clear that he will never sign off on a "Back to the Future" remake.
Zemeckis said the reboot of the classic series would be successful, reported Digitl Spy.
When asked if he'd ever consider allowing a remake, he said, "Oh, God no. That can't happen until both (co-writer Bob Gale) and I are dead. And then I'm sure they'll do it, unless there's a way our estates can stop it.
"I mean, to me, that's outrageous. Especially since it's a good movie. It's like saying 'Let's remake Citizen Kane.
