The Haryana Government today said no "enquiry report" has been received so far from Pradeep Kasni, who was shunted out as Commissioner Gurgaon Division, after he exposed an alleged nexus between revenue department officials and land grabbers.
Kasni was two days ago transferred by the Manohar Lal Khattar-led BJP government and told to await a posting.
The official was reportedly removed from his post after a report submitted by Kasni to the state government revealed how revenue officials of the Millennium City were allegedly hand-in-glove with land-grabbers.

"The complaint was investigated by Kasni and, in his order dated December 22, 2014, he concluded that eight mutations involving eight acres, had been wrongly sanctioned by the then Tehsildar, Gurgaon," the release said.
It further said Kasni also observed that "huge loss had been incurred to the state government by wrongful sanctioning of the mutations".
"In view of the findings of the enquiry conducted by him, Kasni had asked Collector, Gurgaon, to quickly cross check the facts and pass an order within 15 days to secure the interests of the state government.
"From the above, it is clear that Pradeep Kasni, the then Commissioner, Gurgaon Division, has directed the Collector, Gurgaon, to take all steps that are necessary and legally tenable in his order dated December 22, 2014. However, no copy or reference on this issue or order has been made to the Government so far," the release said.
It further said that the Collector, Gurgaon, is expected to complete the investigations and give his report within the prescribed limit of 15 days.
"The government would take a serious view, if some omissions or commissions are found in the investigation by the Collector Gurgaon," it further said.
According to the media reports, Kasni alleged that a lobby, which was active with the land mafia in Gurgaon and other parts of the NCR, wanted him out.
The reports said that Kasni in his report revealed how government land worth crores in Harsaru village, which has almost become a part of the Gurgaon urban conglomerate, was illegally transferred to private companies three years ago.
