No respite from heat in Rajasthan

Churu was today recorded as the hottest place in the state with a maximum of 44.6 deg C, followed by Dholpur at 44 deg C.

Sriganganagar, Bikaner, Jaipur and Kota recorded maximum of 43.1, 42.5, 41.7 and 41 deg Cs, while other places had a day temperature between 35.8 deg C and 40.4 deg C, according to Met department here.
