Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy today rejected the assertion of CPI(M) that the present UDF Government would fall after next year's Lok Sabha polls, saying "it is only a wishful thinking" by some.
"They (Opposition) are saying that this government will not complete its terms since the day of assuming office in May 2011, but nothing has happened and nothing will happen," Chandy told reporters here.
"There is no threat to the government. UDF will face the polls unitedly and put up a good show," Chandy said while responding to CPI-M politburo member Kodiyeri Balakarishnan's statement saying that there would be changes in the UDF Government after the Lok Sabha polls as some of the Front constituents were unhappy.
