"Dinesh Talwar, brother of Aarushi's father Rajesh Talwar, gave phone and said that Dogra wants to talk to me, and I thought it was AIIMS's forensic medicine head," said deputy chief medical officer of Noida, Sunil Kumar Dohre.

"I thought that Dr TD Dhogra was on line. He asked me as to where from did I complete my graduation," said the doctor.

"Dogra told me that some wine bottles were found near the victim's body, and it was necessary to collect the sample of her blood," Dhore told the court.

"I told Dogra that all the necessary samples will be taken," he deposed in the court.

The CBI fielded Dohre, who was medical in-charge at the primary health centre at Sector 22 in Noida at the time of the murder, as a witness today.

The doctor told the court that pattern of injuries on the bodies of Aarushi and Hemraj was the same.

"There were four injuries on the body of the victim. Injuries 1 and 3 were by golf stick and 2 and 4 were by surgical instruments. Aarushi died due to lack of blood in the body," he said in his examination-in-chief.

Public prosecutor R K Saini told PTI that Dhore added in his examination-in-chief that Aarushi's viscera and the pieces of small intestine, liver and gall bladder too were preserved.

Dhore told the court he was present at the time when Hemraj's autopsy was conducted and saw that the victim's throat had been slit and the "pattern of cutting it was same (as that of Aarushi) and the cuts were clean."

"Hemraj was also murdered with the surgical tools," he said adding that the nature of injuries on the bodies of Aarushi and Hemraj was same.

He also said "the white discharge" on the vagina was not of Aarushi's and "must have come from outside" implying there was manipulation after the death.

"The white discharge present in the vaginal cavity of Aarushi was not from her body. It appeared it had come from outside, hence, I prepared slides (of the white discharge for preserving it)," the doctor said, hinting at the manipulation with the victim's body to mislead the probe.

Defence counsel Manoj Shishodia told PTI that they did not question the witness during the chief examination because they did not come prepared as the CBI had not given them any information about the witness.
