Noida MLA meets residents

A Noida MLA today met representatives from over 40 housing societies and listened to the problems raised by them, RWA (resident welfare association) authorities said here.

MLA Mahesh Sharma promised to forward the demands raised at the meeting to concerned authority and said that if needed he will raise the issue in Uttar Pradesh Assembly, they said.

The meeting was organised by Federation of Sector 62 RWAs at Shatabdi Rail Vihar apartments.

Residents raised various problems faced by them, including the need for providing Metro feeder bus, widening of road linking NH 24, security for senior citizens and raodside encroachments by vendors.
 

"This was the first time that any MLA or MP has come to them after winning elections and heard their problems and assured solution for thier problems," S M Singh, president, Federation Sector 62 RWA said.
