Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren today threw a challenge to his political opponents, saying no one could penetrate JMM bastion Santhal Pargana region comprising six of the 24 districts in the state.
Ten out of 18 seats of JMM are from its traditional stronghold, Santhal Pargana.
"Some political parties are now visiting Santhal Pargana with the sole motive to deceive the poor and innocent tribals," Soren said while addressing party workers meeting here.

"Jharkhand mein aagami chunao garib banaam punjipatiyon ke bich hoga (the forthcoming assembly elections will be between the poor and the capitalists). The poor should remain united and give a majority government," Soren said.
Taking on the Narendra Modi government at the Centre, the chief minister accused it of failing to control price rise.
"They captured power on false assurances and promises. Prices of essential commodities have not come down yet," Soren said without taking the name of BJP.
