The four-day festival would also show case a variety of Indian and foreign films besides 24 others made by film makers of North Bengal, additional district magistrate Tanmay Chakraborty said at a press conference.
While North Bengal Development Minister Gautam Deb would inaugurate the festival, veteran actor Ranjit Mullick and director Ashoke Viswanathan would be present.
Eight foreign films and five children's films would be screened in the festival where visitors would get free entry, the ADM said.
