The duo were reportedly seen bonding at Karan Johar's 40th birthday bash and have been spotted together at various nightspots.

Parineeti kicked off her Bollywood career with Yash Raj Films' "Ladies vs Ricky Bahl" and later went on to do "Ishaqzaade" with them.
