The 39-year-old, who recently broke up with on-off boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, said she is a part time parent to a lot of kids but finds it terrifying to have children of her own.

"I'm kind of a part time parent to a lot of kids. The great thing about part time parenting is that you don't have the full responsibility so I can go on whatever trip I want. The terrifying thing is that you are responsible for a life, you have to be with them all the time and constantly make sure that they are ok," Diaz said in an interview.

The actress, who shot to fame with "Charlie's Angels", will be seen opposite Matthew Morrison in the new film where she plays the role of Jules Baxter, a celebrity fitness trainer who gets pregnant.

"It was an amazing experience. We are all on the set just having such a great time getting to do something so different. And you are thinking, 'They are paying us to do this'. I think storytelling is something I feel honored to be a part of," she added.

The film boasts a long star cast including Jennifer Lopez, Elizabeth Banks, Anna Kendrick, Brooklyn Decker, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Rodrigo Santoro, Rob Huebel, Thomas Lennon, Chace Crawford, Dennis Quaid, and Chris Rock. It is being released in India this Friday by Top Entertainment.

Talking about her co-star Morrison, Diaz said, "We actually knew each other before the movie, we were good friends. It was the first time we got to work together. I really like Matt a lot, as a person and as an actor. I would love to work with him over and over again."
